The Who T-shirts

The Who began in 1964 in London. The band was made up of guitarist and songwriter Pete Townshend, singer Roger Daltev, bassist John Entwistle and drummer Keith Moon. The rock band dressed as Mod’s and had dynamic live performances that would often end up with the band smashing up their instruments. In 1965 they released ‘My Generation’ with the lyric that summed up the swinging sixties era: ‘Hope I Die Before I Get Old’.

Stand out from the rest of the playground in this awesome printed band tee. After The Who wore RAF roundels and Union Jack flags during performances, this quintessentially British logo became a symbol of the mod revival. Rocking out on the back is the Amplified logo. Reverse seaming fuses the tee together in an alternative way. By treating the cotton with a vintage wash, the tee is extra soft and has a more authentic look. The raw edged hem and the slashed neck and sleeve ribbing adds a rebellious streak to the tee.
